Electronic terminal box K31E
Immersion heater and terminal box with electronical setting of desired temprerature and hysteres with an exact control via NTC. The display of the box show current temperature and with a flashing lamp, operating status of the elements are shown.
The terminal box offers a possibility for external control via e.g. a thermostat placed in the surroundings or via a central control unit. There is also a possibility to add specific operating alternatives and delayed power on/off. The box is also equipped with an integrated frost guard, which can be activated at need.
On request, the immersion heater can also be manufactured with galvanic insulated elements.

Cabinet Heater / Anti-condensation heater ACHF 1
A compact cabinet heater from Backer, for climate control and prevention of condensation and freezing, indoors or outdoors, in for example control cabinets.
The product is developed with the PTC technology as base, which eliminates the need for thermal cut-off. The dimensions of the heater are small, still allowing high power, to make the cabinet heater useful in a wide range of product applications.

Terminal box K31A
Terminal box in plastic with 3-pole combi-thermostat, for use togehter with Backer’s 1¼’’-2’’ element heads. The box can be rotated to obtain suitable location of the cable inlet. Together with our pressed element head 1,5’’ the product is protection classed IP65.

The working temperature is regulated via an integrated thermostat/fuse.
For thermostat 70-150°C. For fuse 128°C, 152°C (the temperature of the components is validated on the basis of the desired operating conditions).
