Nozzle elements

Nozzle elements are produced with high precision and with high surface loading to meet the high demands of quick and safe heating.

Nozzle elements for plastic extruders we keep on stock

During manufacturing process the element is subject to very high pressure to reach high insulation resistance, good heat transmission withoutinternal voids in the element and a very smooth surface for optimal and uniform heat transmission from the total surface of the element. The element is absolutely tight to avoid that for instance melted plastic, oil or gas can leak in.

Sheath in stainless steel for very corrosive environments like injection moulding of details in PVC, which also allows a higher temperature and surface loading 7W/cm2. Thermo sensor type J for temperature regulation. Alternative connections see above.

Assesmbly instruction

Socket head cap wrench 4 mm is used.
It is very important that the nozzle element is assembled thightly to avoid any internal voids between element and for instance nozzle of an injenction moulder. After the first heating the nozzle element must be after-stretched. Bending of the connection cable close to the element to be avoided. Remaining plastic material at element surface can be removed by heating to melting point.
Avoid blows at the element and take good care when removing plastic.
